Description

A very rare late-war variant of an MP38/40 magazine pouch. Late-war manufactured example by « gyc » in 1944. Pouch is constructed in the rare tan canvas with red stripe, not to be confused with the commonly found tan « clg » marked pouches. The pouch is the left loader side and complete with black leather closure strap, they are ink stamped with maker’s code, date and lot numbers. Metal studs are intact and fully functional. Loader side pouch features the same black leather closure strap, rare detail. One of the belt loops is marked with the weapons designation « MP38u40 ». The pouch is in overall very nice worn condition. One of the rarest MP38u40 pouch variant!
