Description

A superb and extremely rare pair of MP38u40 magazine pouches. Late-war manufactured examples produced in 1944 by the firm « Offermann & Sohne Bensberg » using the maker’s code « dkk ». Pouches are constructed from tan canvas material with red strip and natural brown leather parts. The stitching is complete and all present. Metal studs are intact and fully functional. Loader side pouch features the same light brown leather closure strap. The reverse belt loops are both properly marked with the weapons designation « MP38u40 », the maker and the date « dkk44 ». The pouches are in mint unissued condition with light storage wear. This is the only pair we know of!
