Description
Nice WW1 French M1915 Infantry Adrian steel helmet, it has never been in collection and still is in as found condition. Retaining over 95% of the factory matte blue gray paint. The nice detail with this helmet is the small shrapnel hole present on the front in the insignia. The interior is in overall very good condition, the 2nd type leather liner retains its original light tan color, still supple and retaining its original drawstring. The leather chinstrap is partially present. The name and company of the soldier are engraved in the back skirt of « Aimé 21cie ».
