WWII period pin-up sketch watercolor painting. Artist is « GERALDINE FLESCHER » from Iowa, USA dating from the early 1940’s. Depicting a blonde, blue eyed women in a navy outfit in a reclined pose. Great detail and a very pleasing look. Done on paper by pencil and water color in the style made famous by Alberto Vargas throughout the war years. Found commonly in GI footlockers and often used to adorn USAF A-2 Jackets. Measuring 35x21cm.
